Terms of service

1. Operator and scope

PimPoPom is operated by Vladyslav Lishafai, trading as OTC Soft, from Plaza Victoria 17/4B, Malaga, 29012, Spain. Contact info@otcsoft.com. See our legal notice for operator information.

These terms describe the game service, account features and digital items. The app license is subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different license is expressly presented on the App Store. App Store purchases are also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms. These service terms do not replace Apple’s license or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

2. Accounts and access

You must be at least 13 years old to use PimPoPom. A parent or guardian must provide any authorization required by the law that applies to you, including for consent-based data processing or purchases. Our 13+ intended audience does not replace those country-specific requirements.

Local Arcade and Zen can be played without an account. Account-based progression, ranked play, online Multiplayer and purchases require sign-in where indicated. Keep access to your Apple or Google sign-in account secure. Choose a public name that does not impersonate someone else, disclose private information or contain abusive or unlawful content. Game Center is an optional secondary connection and does not replace PimPoPom sign-in.

If local law requires a parent or guardian to agree to use or purchases, obtain that agreement. Purchases must be authorized by the person responsible for the Apple Account.

3. Fair play and online conduct

Use the game as intended. Do not cheat, automate competitive play, tamper with results, exploit defects to gain virtual value, evade account restrictions, impersonate other players, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access. Report inappropriate public names, suspicious results and technical vulnerabilities to info@otcsoft.com.

Game rules and validation determine eligible scores, rewards and rankings. We may investigate, withhold or remove invalid results and restrict abusive accounts where proportionate. You may contact support if you believe a decision is wrong. Online play depends on your connection and other players; latency and interruptions may affect a match.

4. Coins, pets, themes and ad-free access

Coins and cosmetic items are digital game features, not money, investments or transferable property. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts through the game. Available products, localized prices and included benefits are shown before purchase. Do not rely on a screenshot or price from another country.

Apple handles payment. The game grants purchased value after a verified transaction is reconciled with your account. Pending purchases may take time to finish. A valid direct coin pack also provides account ad-free access while that qualifying purchase remains valid; spending the pack’s coins does not by itself end that benefit. The separate Remove Ads product is a non-consumable entitlement. Eligible Family Sharing for that product does not give family members purchased coins.

Consumable coin packs are tied to the credited PimPoPom account and are not restored as new coins using Restore Purchases. A refund or revocation can remove the corresponding coins, associated funded cosmetics and ad-free source. Where refunded value has already been spent, future eligible in-game credits may first offset the shortfall. The game does not automatically charge you additional money to clear that in-game shortfall. Other valid paid entitlements and unaffected purchases remain subject to their own status. 5. Changes, availability and ending use

We may update game rules, catalogs and features to maintain, improve or secure the service. Online services can be interrupted for maintenance or faults. We will respect applicable obligations relating to purchased digital content, notice, remedies and material changes. These terms do not authorize arbitrary removal of paid value.

You may stop playing at any time and may delete your account in the app. Deletion removes account-owned game state; it does not itself request an Apple refund or delete your Apple/Google account. Review the consequences before confirming.

6. Privacy, rights and complaints

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and privacy choices. OTC Soft and its licensors retain rights in the game’s code, branding and assets; your rights to use the app are governed by the applicable license. These terms do not remove rights granted by law, including lawful consumer remedies and applicable exceptions to intellectual property rights.

Spanish law applies to these service terms to the extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections and court rights that apply where you habitually reside remain available. We do not require you to waive those rights or accept an exclusive foreign court. Contact info@otcsoft.com for a complaint or support request.
